Marriage Preparation Courses – A list of courses being offered by parishes within the diocese can be found below.
Helping, Encouraging, Living, and People Nights – HELP Nites are held once a month. Separated or divorced Catholics meet and support one another in a group environment. Guest speakers are occasionally invited to discuss topics of special interest to the community.

H.E.L.P. Nites Schedule
Help Nites are held at the Diocesan Centre, 1247 Kilborn Place, Ottawa ON K1H 6K9 starting at 7:00 p.m.
The meetings will start again in September.
